Indebted Caring by IHP - Paul Moogk

Almost a year ago, a friend noticed my painful situation that resulted from several automobile accidents during the previous year. I told him about my frustrations from dealing with doctors and hospitals so he referred me to Lucie, at Interact Health PRO. 

Many people have seen benefit from my interactions with Interact Health PRO, including myself, of course, and my six-year-old son who depends upon me. Other beneficiaries include physiotherapists, doctors, and even my auto insurance company. 

LUCIE first interviewed me and summarized my injuries and complaints resulting from the accidents. She then informed me of my insurance company’s responsibilities according to my policy and referred me to medical treatment professionals who could help to provide some relief and recovery for me.

I didn’t know anything about dealing with insurance companies, for injuries, and would never have been able to do it myself. My condition was assessed by several medical specialists and Physiotherapy treatment was instituted immediately. I thought the pain would never end, but after about two months I noticed the benefits of the treatment and began to feel some relief from pain. 

I met Lucie several times and she took care of all of the paperwork for the doctors, treatment specialists, and insurance company. There was a lot of paperwork and forms to complete that were totally unfamiliar to me.

Lucie really cared about me and my difficulties and she was prepared to do anything that I needed and I wasn’t even charged personally for her services. 

In summary, Lucie is someone who cares about her client and is familiar with all aspects of medical treatment and dealing with insurance companies. I’m deeply indebted to her for the assistance she continues to give to me.
