In Home Attendant Care Needs (Form 1)

A comprehensive assessment conducted by a Regulated Health Professional in the client’s home to provide a detailed analytical comparison of the client’s pre-accident and post-accident levels of function with respect to essential tasks of daily living such as housekeeping, caregiver, and personal care tasks.


Work Site Assessments (JSA/PDA)

A detailed evaluation conducted by a Regulated Health Professional to provide comprehensive analysis of the client’s pre-accident physical job demands and ergonomic environment to provide possible modifications to the work site. 


OT Education & Intervention Sessions

Personalized sessions led by an Occupational Therapist to empower clients with specialized strategies, compensatory techniques, and skill-building exercises that promote independence in daily activities.


Expert assessments to determine eligibility and facilitate funding for specialized equipment, ensuring clients receive the essential mobility aids or orthopedic devices required for long-term functional support.

Assistive Devices Program


An examination conducted by a Registered Psychologist to provide expert insight using appropriate testing protocols to identify potential psychological barriers to recovery, exacerbation of previous psychological factors, and subsequent recommendations to determine the appropriate course of therapy.
