The App helps users:
Track injuries
Monitor symptoms
Document recovery
For informational purposes only.
4. No Medical Advice
The App does not provide medical advice or treatment.
5. No Legal Advice
The App does not provide legal advice or guarantee outcomes.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate data
Use the App lawfully
Protect login credentials
7. Data Sharing Responsibility
You control what data is shared.
We are not responsible for third-party handling after sharing.
8. Privacy
-Use is governed by the Privacy Policy.
-User Data Deletion:
You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated personal information at any time directly within the Personal Injury Tracker app settings by selecting "Delete Account." Alternatively, you can request manual data deletion by emailing us at lucie@interacthealthpro.com, and we will process your request within 30 days.

All content belongs to Interact Health PRO.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Health outcomes
Legal outcomes
Data misuse
11. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is”.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts.
13. Changes
We may update the App or Terms.
