 Job Description for Advanced candidates:

  • Manage the patient follow-up care and rehabilitation division

  • Design and implement social media marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness, foster audience engagement, and increase prospects and leads in the international frozen shoulder clinic division

  • Devise marketing strategies and campaigns to promote health practitioners and services offered

  • Organize and facilitate courses and seminars

  • Design and manage all digital touch points on an on-going basis, including company website, landing pages, etc.

  • Develop and manage marketing funnels for key company divisions

  • Regularly create content such as newsletters, automated emails, and eblasts

  • Create posts and updates, curate and manage all social media channels

  • Write, edit, and publish company blogs, ebooks, and sales and training materials

  • Design traditional marketing materials such as brochures and flyers

  • Monitor and audit strategy, budget, and results of ad campaigns

  • Prepare monthly marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing expenditures and sales figures

  • Edit patient testimonial videos

 Personal and Professional Skills

  • Have 1-2 years minimum of work experience in marketing

  • Have solid experience with internet and social media marketing and have used email marketing services such as Constant Contact and Get Response

  • Have basic HTML and CSS skills and experience using Wordpress

  • Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads manager, and Hubspot is an asset

  • Versatile and can adjust well to the occasional unpredictability of a young growing company

  • A well-rounded professional who can engage comfortably with professionals in the health field

  • Strong diplomatic, interpersonal communications, and human relations skills

  • Creative and organized

  • Work well on your own and under pressure

  • Able to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed

  • Quick-learning with good problem-solving skills

Qualification expectations:

  • Must have have completed a Managerial Course

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer literate

  • Good mathematical aptitude

  • Ability to work with little supervision and independently as well as being a strong team player

Compensation:

  • TERMS to be determined by the clinic who’s hiring.

 Generally you can expect:

  • 3 months’ paid Probation period contract

  • Successful candidate will be offered to become part of the Team as a paid employee after the 3 months’ satisfactory Probation term

  • Reference letter will be made available upon request

Interview process:

  • Once all applications are reviewed, the candidates that meet ALL requirements and availability will be considered for the opportunity

  • Only those selected will be contacted to take part in a Group Interview or individually

  • All candidates that are called for a 2nd interview will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the Interview; we will expect you to complete a personality test

  • If you have been selected to a second Interview and responded with the requirements in a timely manner; you will be scheduled to meet with a Supervisor; if you are selected to continue, you will be required to complete a written questionnaire the same day

  • A Training Interview will be the final step of this Interview process

  • Once you have been selected as our preferred candidate, you will be notified within 24 hours that you have been chosen
