Interact Health PRO (IHP) develops operational systems supporting rehabilitation coordination, healthcare administration, communication workflows, and financial tracking systems within personal injury environments.

Role Overview

As an AI Finance & Accounting Operations Intern, you will support financial tracking systems, reporting workflows, operational audits, and administrative accounting processes.

You will contribute to:

  • operational reporting

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

  • Support bookkeeping and reporting workflows

  • Assist with financial tracking systems

  • Help organize invoices and records

  • Support operational audits and reconciliations

Administrative Coordination

  • Assist with operational reporting

  • Support workflow tracking systems

  • Help organize financial documentation

  • Participate in cross-team administrative support

AI-Assisted Reporting

  • Use AI-assisted reporting workflows

  • Support automation systems using Airtable and Make.com

  • Assist with operational dashboard systems

  • Improve reporting organization processes

AI Integration

You will work with:

  • Claude AI-assisted reporting workflows

  • Airtable financial tracking systems

  • Make.com operational automations

  • AI-supported reporting systems

AI supports:

  • Candidates who complete the Internship Terms are eligible to apply for part-time to full-time paid positions as they become available.

  • Credits for Internship Completion (where applicable through your institution).

Interview Process

  • Once all applications are reviewed, candidates that meet all requirements and availability will be considered.

  • Candidates will be invited to join a Group Interview will be contacted via email within 48 hours after the interview.

  • If selected as our preferred candidate, you will be notified within 24 hours to complete the contract agreements.

Work Environment

  • All work will be done online via Zoom.

  • Creative work may be used in your personal portfolio, including success stories for future opportunities (respecting confidentiality requirements).
