Role Overview
As an AI Business Systems & Automation Analyst Intern, you will work between technical teams and operational teams to improve business workflows, systems integration, communication structures, and automation processes.
You will help analyze:

Key Responsibilities
Business Systems Analysis
Analyze current operational workflows
Identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
Support workflow mapping and documentation
Assist with systems planning and operational improvements
Automation & Workflow Support
Support automation projects using Airtable and Make.com
Assist with trigger structures and workflow logic
Help improve reporting and communication systems
Support onboarding and operational automations
Operational Coordination
Collaborate with Developers, Analysts, Marketing, and Administration Teams
Support project tracking and operational reporting
Participate in workflow planning meetings
Contribute recommendations for process improvements
AI Integration

Candidates who complete the Internship Terms are eligible to apply for part-time to full-time paid positions as they become available.
Credits for Internship Completion (where applicable through your institution).

Interview Process
Once all applications are reviewed, candidates that meet all requirements and availability will be considered.
Candidates will be invited to join a Group Interview will be contacted via email within 48 hours after the interview.
If selected as our preferred candidate, you will be notified within 24 hours to complete the contract agreements.
Work Environment
All work will be done online via Zoom.
Creative work may be used in your personal portfolio, including success stories for future opportunities (respecting confidentiality requirements).
