Role Overview
As an AI Systems Security & IT Infrastructure Intern, you will support the protection, optimization, and maintenance of IHP’s IT systems and network infrastructure.
This role combines:
Cybersecurity
Systems administration
Cloud-connected infrastructure
AI-assisted security workflows
You will support both internal operational systems and client-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Infrastructure Support
Support Windows systems and cloud-connected infrastructure
Configure and troubleshoot networks and devices
Maintain backups and recovery systems
Support remote access and operational continuity
Security Operations
Monitor infrastructure security and performance
Support endpoint protection and security protocols
Assist with system audits and vulnerability reviews
Maintain documentation and security procedures
AI-Assisted Security
Support intelligent monitoring workflows
Use AI-assisted tools for anomaly detection and reporting
Assist in automation of alerts and operational tracking
Support AI-enhanced security processes
Collaboration
Work with Developers, AWS Engineers, and Analysts
Participate in troubleshooting and technical planning
Support deployment and testing activities
AI Integration

Candidates who complete the Internship Terms are eligible to apply for part-time to full-time paid positions as they become available.

Interview Process
Once all applications are reviewed, candidates that meet all requirements and availability will be considered.
Candidates will be invited to join a Group Interview will be contacted via email within 48 hours after the interview.
If selected as our preferred candidate, you will be notified within 24 hours to complete the contract agreements.
Work Environment
All work will be done online via Zoom.
Creative work may be used in your personal portfolio, including success stories for future opportunities (respecting confidentiality requirements).
