In-Home/Attendant Care Assessment

A comprehensive assessment conducted by a Regulated Health Professional in the client’s home to provide a detailed analytical comparison of the client’s pre-accident and post-accident levels of function with respect to essential tasks of daily living such as housekeeping, caregiver, and personal care tasks.


Functional Abilities Evaluation

An evaluation conducted by a Regulated Health Professional to provide accurate strength and range of motion testing while measuring reliability of effort using the sophisticated ARCON test data to help determine the need for ongoing therapy as well as the appropriate treatment regimen.


A detailed evaluation conducted by a Regulated Health Professional to provide comprehensive analysis of the client’s pre-accident physical job demands and ergonomic environment to provide possible modifications to the work site. 

Worksite Evaluation


An examination conducted by a Registered Psychologist to provide expert insight using appropriate testing protocols to identify potential psychological barriers to recovery, exacerbation of previous psychological factors, and subsequent recommendations to determine the appropriate course of therapy.

Psychological Examination


An examination conducted by an Orthopaedic Surgeon to evaluate the extent of severe soft tissue and musculoskeletal injuries sustained and to provide a prognosis for recovery.

Orthopaedic Examination


An examination conducted by a Physiatrist to evaluate the extent of enduring symptoms as a result of soft tissue injuries and to provide a prognosis for recovery.

Physiatry Examination


An examination conducted by a Neurosurgeon to evaluate the extent of neurological injuries regarding symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, nausea and numbness to provide a prognosis for recovery.

Neurological Examination


An examination conducted by a Neuropsychologist to evaluate the extent of neuropsychological injuries regarding symptoms such as persistent headaches, memory loss, and cognitive difficulty associated with head injuries to provide a prognosis for recovery.

Neuro-psychological Examination


An evaluation conducted by a Certified Vocational Evaluator to provide comprehensive analysis with Transferable Skills Analysis for the purpose of gaining a better understanding of the of the claimant's employment potential considering educational background, employment history and post-accident circumstances.

Vocational Evaluation


An assessment conducted by a Plastic Surgeon to evaluate the extent of injuries requiring reconstructive surgery, to provide cost analysis and a prognosis for recovery.

Plastic Surgeon Assessment


An assessment conducted by a Dental Surgeon to evaluate the extent of injuries sustained to the tempero-mandibular joint and to provide a prognosis for recovery.

TMJ Assessment


An examination conducted by an Ophthalmologist to evaluate the extent of injuries sustained to the occipital region and to provide a prognosis for recovery.

Opthalmology Examination


An examination conducted by a Rheumatologist to diagnose the cause or aggravation of internal swelling and content pain and determine the appropriate course of treatment.

Rheumatology Examination


An examination conducted by a multidisciplinary team of specialists to evaluate the extent of injuries sustained from a physical, psychological, and neurological perspective in order to combine the impairment ratings and determine catastrophic impairment and completion of an OCF-19 form.
